Your donation will help empower the next generation of young women through cricket.

Already, we have helped hundreds of young women across many demographics and backgrounds to find a pathway to success when they previously have not had the opportunity.

Cricket Inspire

Cricket Inspire is aimed at introducing young women in high schools and clubs to a leadership opportunity using cricket as the vehicle. Central to this program is assisting in developing their leadership, collaboration and connectedness through cricket activities. Young women are then encouraged to participate in an after school offering alongside the local cricket club to build and embed leadership opportunities in that club. Our Foundation funding helps support staff to facilitate leadership workshops and other support resources.

TESTIMONIAL

“The Cricket Inspire Emerging Leaders program is really well designed with rich content that has unpacked so many different dimensions of what it means to be a leader. I particularly liked how the program   promoted ideas such as emotional intelligence and ethical decision-making. These are powerful concepts and by including these in the program you’ve provided the participants with skills that they will use not only in cricket but also the wider world.”
– Peter, parent of participant
