WA Cricket Foundation Welcomes Wheatbelt Connect

WA Cricket Foundation is thrilled to announce Wheatbelt Connect as its newest community partner, furthering the Foundation’s mission of using cricket to transform lives and connect communities.

A joint venture between INPEX, ANZ and Qantas, Wheatbelt Connect works collaboratively with landowners to create carbon farming, land restoration and revegetation projects across WA’s Wheatbelt.

Wheatbelt Connect and the Foundation will work together to drive social impact across the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.

The two-year partnership will support the Foundation’s three key pillars; People with a Disability, Aboriginal Cricket and Young Women, aiming to provide an environment which is inclusive and accessible within the Wheatbelt’s regional communities.

WA Cricket CEO John Stephenson said it was fantastic that Wheatbelt Connect joined the Foundation’s mission.
