Regional Rising Stars Selected

Thirteen of WA Country Cricket’s top talent have been selected to represent the Country XI at the WA Cricket Female under 14 Talent Carnival in Perth.

The Country XI will participate in six T20 Games against Premier clubs across the second weekend of January, where players will showcase their skills, attitude, and character within a competitive environment.

There are no finals or ranking ladder, with the focus on development and enjoyment.

“These players were identified after they demonstrated significant skill progress this season or achieved stand-out performances in local competitions,” said Chris Secker, Cricket Manager – North West.

“Being part of the Country Xl competing against Premier Clubs is a fantastic opportunity for our regional players to be involved in the Female Cricket Pathway,” he said.
